Having constant water in your gutters can also cause them to corrode and water will leak from the side of your home and cause rust stains. By keeping the gutters clean, you can prevent all of these blemishes on the outside of your home, increasing the curb appeal.

Windows are another aspect of the home that should be well-maintained in order to increase curb appeal. Seeing windows that are covered in filth is a sure way to turn off potential buyers.
