The 2021 Profile of Home Staging by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) reported that 82% of buyers’ agents said that staging a home made it easier for buyers to visualize the property as a future home. While 47% of buyers’ agents cited that home staging affected most buyers’ view of the home. Their research also showed that Staging would positively impact the home value by 39% if the home was decorated according to the buyer's taste.
